The History of Axe Throwing
Although, axes are one of the oldest tools used by mankind, legend has it that competitive axe throwing started in a backyard in Toronto, Canada in 2006. A group of buddies got bored and decided to setup a makeshift target in their backyard.
The entertaining sport outgrew the backyard quickly, with having over 60 league members within a month. League standards became standardized. Craft Axe Throwing follows WATL’s (World Axe Throwing League) standards and has 4 league seasons throughout the year.
Whether you’re new to axe throwing, you have a competitive nature, or if you just want to meet some new friends, Craft Axe Throwing league is a great place for you!
